Shipping and Returns

If you have any questions or concerns about your product please contact us immediately using this form before you initiate a return.  We would love to help you solve any issues you may have with your new product so that we can ensure you are completely satisfied!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and we are unable to assist you in solving any issues you may have, you can return the product for a full refund.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.  Please make sure to keep your receipt or invoice.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless a different arrangement is agreed upon.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged upon receipt of an undamaged item.

Any product that is damaged due to any other reason besides shipping damage or a defective component will not be accepted for returns.  In the event an item is damaged during shipping, photographs of damaged item, in damaged packaging, will be required within 3 days of USPS confirmed delivery.

Refunds for custom orders will be accepted only on a case by case basis to be determined by AGTG Creations.  If your custom order does not fit properly and you are experiencing sizing issues or concerns please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve sizing issues as quickly and easily as possible.

Shipping carriers offered currently are: USPS (United States Postal Service).  We offer the following shipping services:

  • First Class Package  Service (most economical option)
  • Priority Mail (most commonly used)
  • Priority Mail Express (fastest shipping option we offer)

Please allow 1-2 days for order processing on most orders.  Custom orders may require additional time up to two weeks between order and shipment depending on the complexity and/or amount of custom items purchased and will be disclosed during correspondence with customer.
